WrkSense is a SaaS platform helping recruitment agencies streamline candidate management, communication, and collaboration across four connected user types — recruiters, candidates, companies, and agencies — with meeting scheduling, candidate tracking, and shared notes in one tool.
The problem
Four user types — recruiters, candidates, companies, and agencies — each needed distinct workflows inside one coherent platform, while the client’s branding was still evolving mid-project.
Research & ideation
Studied existing recruitment platforms to identify friction, then worked out how to organize interactions between four user types — including best practices for meeting scheduling and candidate tracking.
Wireframing & prototyping
Mapped candidate profiles, recruiter dashboards, and meeting management in wireframes, then built interactive prototypes to visualize flows between the different roles.
UI design
Designed the final UI for clarity per role, aligning with the client on visual style while their branding was still in development — an ongoing feedback loop that eventually landed on a style the client loved.
Feedback & iteration
Iterated with the client and internal stakeholders as requirements evolved, keeping role-based access controls and dashboards intuitive throughout.
